The military today said they had foiled a plot by terrorists to bomb Davao City, an attack supposedly similar to the bombing of the Sasa Wharf in 2003. The Air Force said it recovered a pipe bomb similar to the one used in the wharf bombing in a terrorist hideout in Tagum City.
