Film enthusiasts line up in Abreeza Mall’s Cinema 2 to watch the film “Miss Bulalacao” by Ara Chawdhury, one of the Filipino films included in the Dutch-Filipino Film Festival which opened on Saturday night, July 30. The event, spearheaded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Dakila, the artists’ collective which organizes the Active Vista Human Rights Film Festival, aims to highlight the commitment of both nations to promote human rights.
