Davao City – A shooting incident on Sunday left one resident dead beside Tancontian St. in Barangay Agdao proper.
Sta. Ana police officers identified the victim as one Catalino Ojena Dela Torre alias “Jeorje”, 56, married and jobless.
According to Nica Banlota, 38, she saw the victim at 11:45 am walking in front of her store when two of four men riding in two red XRM approached the victim and shot him four times.
The suspects immediately sped off towards R.Castillo Agdao.
Bullets from .45 caliber pistol were recovered from the crime scene. (davaotoday.com)
