DAVAO CITY – Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Friday withdraws his certificate of candidacy for mayor at the Commission on Elections office here and his daughter, former Mayor Sara Duterte will replace him.
Former Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte will be the substitute of his father for the mayoralty position after the older Duterte filed his certificate of candidacy for the presidency.
