11 government offices in Davao Region get flying colors in anti-red tape survey

Eleven government offices in the Davao Region were graded excellent in the recent Anti-Red Tape Survey of 34 government offices.

Eighteen offices were rated good, and one was rated acceptable. Four offices obtained a failed rating.

The Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) of 2007 requires the conduct of Report Card Survey (RCS) among government offices to gather feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency in the agencies’ frontline services.

An office receives an Excellent rating if it obtained a score of 90-100, an Outstanding rating if it obtained a score of 90-100, but have a failing mark in one area; a Good rating if it obtained a score of 80- 89.99; an Acceptable rating from 70-79.99; and a Failed rating if an agency obtained a score of 69.99 and below.
