On October 29, Kalabugao (encircled) flies out of his cage to roam the forests of Mt. Kitanglad range in Bukidnon. Kalabugao is the first Philippine Eagle to be released in the wild since the Philippine Eagle Foundation (PEF) started its release program back in 2004.
