Manny Pacquiao, who is a Lieutenant Colonel of the Army’s reserved command, visits troops at the Camp Ranao in Marawi City, Saturday morning, July 29 as the government operations against the ISIS-linked Maute group. Pacquiao is the first senator who visited Marawi City since the siege started last May 23.
