DAVAO CITY — Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte said that the city is facing threats from Isis.
The acting city mayor said he already has some information about the whereabouts of the terrorist group, but refused to divulge the details as they are still validating it.
“We are intensifying the gathering of information. We cannot disclose details or confirm anything as of yet,” he told journalists on Thursday, July 7.
Duterte said he has already coordinated with the city’s anti-terrorism group, Task Force Davao, the Davao City Police Office, and the Eastern Mindanao Command of the military to get more information about the said threat. (davaotoday.com)
