Operations Officer of the 11th Regional Community Defense Group Lieutenant Colonel Noli Kanashiro says they need the requested 20-hectare army reservation inside the campus of the University of the Philippines Mindanao in Barangay Mintal, Davao City as they expect an influx of Reserve Officers Training Corps after President Rodrigo Duterte pushed for its revival.
