Tagum City mayor Allan Rellon is set to deliver the first State of the City Address (SOTCA) on Wednesday (March 18) at the Tagum City Pavilion and Trade Cultural Center.
The SOTCA on Wednesday will be the first presentation of a comprehensive account of the city government in the city, in nine years.
The SOTCA will disclose the significant achievements of the local government including the status of the varied programs that were carried out by the different departments of the executive branch.
