DAVAO CITY – Four suspected illegal drug dealers were nabbed by members of Toril Police Station here in three separate buy-bust operations on Tuesday.
Members of the Toril Police, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 11 conducted the first buy bust operation at 12:30 pm on Tuesday in Dacoville Subdivision in Dumoy. The authorities apprehended one Glenn Yap Magaipo, alias “Taba”. The police recovered shabu, marked money and one cellphone unit from Magaipo.
The second buy bust operation was conducted at 1:30 pm in Farland Extension, Dumoy. The suspect, who was identified as Edgar Laganao Sarigumba, was caught in possession onf packs of paper containing dried marijuana leaves, marked money and a cellphone unit.
Meanwhile, the last buy bust operation was conducted at 9:30 pm in Doña Manuela, Barangay Daliao in Toril where two suspects were arrested including Norman Ranola Sedayao and Percival Ismael Bariquit. The two were caught in possession of sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalias, marked money and a cellphone unit.
All suspects are now in police custody awaiting charges of violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Dangerous Drugs Act.(davaotoday.com)
