DAVAO CITY – Fire razed at least 40 houses in a coastal village here on Wednesday, February 17.
At 12:00 noon, the fire gobbled the houses in Barangay 23-C in Quezon Boulevard for almost two hours, with residents trying to salvage anything from their homes.
