DAVAO CITY — The Armed Forces’ Eastern Mindanao Command received the highest excellence rating for Leadership, Morale and Discipline (LMD) among the six Army unified commands inspected by the Office of The Inspector General (Otig).
The award was received on Thursday by Eastmincom chief Lt. Gen. Aurelio Baladad from Maj. Gen. Benito T. De Leon, who heads the week-long annual inspection.
The annual inspection aims to check the performance of every unified command on matters about readiness condition; finance and logistics management; leadership, morale and discipline. (davaotoday.com)
