DAVAO CITY – Police authorities apprehended on Monday night a suspected drug dealer in possession of P92,000-worth of suspected shabu during a buy bust operation in Lanang this city.
The suspect was identified as Aries Jimenez Dela Victoria, 34 years old, and a resident of Doña Pilar Subdivision, Sasa. He was caught in an operation led by station commander Police Senior Investigator Paulino Zaulda Jr.
Seized from the suspect’s possession were sachets of suspected shabu in various sizes valued at P92,000, drug paraphernalia, and one Philippine National Police (PNP) service pistol cal. 9mm Glock 17 Gen4 with loaded live ammunition.
The police said they are still verifying the ownership of the service pistol. Charges of violation of the Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 have been filed against the suspect.(davaotoday.com)
