DAVAO CITY, Philippines — University of the Philippines Mindanao achieved 100 percent passing rate again this year, while two students from the University of Mindanao (UM) earned spots in the top 10 in the recent architecture board exam of 2019.
The UP Mindanao Architecture program has been able to maintain its 100%-passing record for a number of years and has produced eight passers in the top-ten rankings.
UM, on the other hand, garnered a passing rate of 80% with 48 out of 60 first takers passing the exam. UM students Joevince Neil Gacus and Ethan Bryce Zerna were able to earn a place in the top 10, with the former earning 83.30% percent to achieve top 5 and the latter getting 82.70 % to earn top 10.
