DAVAO CITY – Davao del Norte Governor Rodolfo del Rosario received sports equipment which were used during the 2015 Palarong Pambansa held in the province.
Department of Education Secretary Bro. Armin Luistro turned over the sports equipment at the Bulwagan ng Lalawigan during the monthly convocation program.
In a Philippine Information Agency dispatch, Davao del Norte Sports Coordinator Giovanni Gulanes said the sports equipment will be used for the Sports Academy, which will be established at the Davao del Norte Sports and Tourism Complex, Tagum City.
He said they will still check all the sports facilities that will be given to them.
“We don’t have data yet as to how many and how much were the sports facilities that will be given to the province,” Gulanes said.
