DAVAO CITY – A body of a woman was found in Panabo City on Thursday.
Aileen Macamay was found dead inside her rented house in Purok 1, Barangay Salvacion, Panabo.
Emiberto Macamay, uncle of the victim, said he heard the two children of Aileen crying and upon checking on them he saw the victim lifeless on her bed.
The victim bore stab wounds on her left part of the neck. Panabo Chief of Police Thor Cuyos said that they are looking at the angle of the fight between the victim and her live-in partner.
According to the testimony of the victim’s children, their mother had a fight with live-in partner Bobby Bayacag, who was nowhere to be found during police investigation of the crime.
Meanwhile, another body of a woman was found in Purok Dugso, San Pedro, Panabo City on the same day.
Roselyn Flores bore gunshot wound on her head. Police investigations are also looking at the angle of the victim’s dispute with her former lover.
