Will the people of Davao City re-elect the mayor?
She led them from being the number one city in the Philippines for murder…to being number one in murder and rape.
But “Davao is the safest city,” she says.
And enough people are gullible and ignorant enough for her to win.
Because Filipinos tend to vote for the most famous person anyway. 🙁
